A little exercise each day is a life-transforming tool for people looking for effective back pain treatment, that will have a much bigger benefit than many other treatments, remedies and health potions – including the exquisite food and drink, the best sex, and even the most exhilarating fun. The main reason people don’t do it more is that you have to actually do it to experience the life enhancing benefits it has to offer.

Unfortunately, if as I suspect, you have very little time left over at the end of the day. You have no opportunity for just one quarter of an hour of stretching and strengthening exercises, never mind the three quarters of an hour to an hour, three times a week you’d need to do for the aerobic exercise requisite of this program.

What if I told you that simply taking 15 to 20 minutes out of your day to follow a very simple exercise plan could be the equivalent of an insurance policy covering you against the next time you’ll go through all that pain and suffering owing to your lower back pain?

If time is money, each time you invest in your exercise program, which is free as far as monetary investment goes, it will save you the future expense (and lost time) that you would likely spend on chiropractic, osteopathy, acupuncture, and so on – the next time your back muscles seize up and make your life a misery again.

What’s that you say? You’re so far past running at full tilt that you can’t give yourself enough sleep at night, and so you’re tired all day? That’s another great reason to find some time for exercising. As you’ll soon discover, exercise, especially regular aerobic exercise, can boost your health, well being and mood literally in a matter of minutes. Instead of depleting your energy, as you might suppose, exercise actually gives you more energy.

We know exercising burns off calories and helps your body burn off fat, it won’t make you tired. In fact the opposite is true, exercising on a regular basis lifts your moods, invigorates and rejuvenates you – as you’re far more likely to sleep better when you exercise, you’re likely to find that you feel more rested even when you spend fewer hours in bed.
